Refund policy
Unfortunately, a refund/replacement can not be processed on items that have been shipped/delivered due to the nature of the products we are selling. However, if you do receive your order broken, damaged, or in faulty condition, kindly contact us immediately at rabonnourishingtherapy@gmail.com, or call/whatsapp 09014276546.
But please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For wrong items, please note that if the item is opened or used, we will not accept it back/ nor are we going to refund you back.

Refunds: For items that is/are out of stock for replacement incase it was received in faulty condition, a Refund will be processed within 3 business days.
