Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a completely-natural nutrient that plays a critical role in the production of energy by the mitochondria within cells. Better bioavailability means better absorption of the nutrient from the gut into the blood. Only about 1% of most commercially-available CoQ10 is absorbed.
